Shipping Rates
A Flat rate of $12.95 is charged for all orders shipping to the continential 48 states. Standard method of shipping is UPS, FedEx or DHL.  Orders will ship within 2 to 4 business days. 

**Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Numbers:
Your UPS, FedEx or DHL tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped and if available an esitmated delivery date will be provided in the tracking number notification e-mail.  Due to the high cost of shipping, NO SIGNATURE will be required upon deliver.  Please note the delivery date provided and be available to receive your delivery on the date indicated. 
 
APO FPO (All other U.S. Military)
Please Read:  We DO NOT accept Orders that are being shipped to APO or FPO Addresses due to the U.S. Postal Service’s Inconsistent delivery performance. All orders received with an APO or FPO Address will be cancelled “Immediately.” We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

At OpenRoadCycleGear.com.com we pride ourselves on service and a commitment to provide fine leather jackets at discount prices. Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
OpenRoadCycleGear.com.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $15.00 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. It is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $20.00 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1.)  You can place the order directly on OpenRoadCycleGear.com with any Credit Card or PayPal after advanced communication with our Customer Service Department via e-mail or phone.  Customer Service will determine the shipping charges for the items ordered and provide the shipping charges via e-mail for customer approval.  Upon customer approval of shipping charges Customer Service will temporarily activate the appropriate country on the Online Order Form.  After payment settlement the order will process and the country will be de-activated on the order form.

2.)  All International orders will be processed by OpenRoadCycleGear.com and forwarded to various product suppliers for shipping.  Orders will ship within 2-4 business days. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply. All International Orders are shipped by the agreed upon carrier. "Due to the High Shipping Cost All International SALES ARE FINAL." International Customer Assistance is available by e-mailing us.

Additional Shipping Units
**Please coordinate orders via e-mail with Customer Service and we will e-mail you the shipping cost for approval before we ship.*We are unable to guarantee shipping times for international orders.**A Shipping unit roughly equates to one pound.
 
Hawaii & Alaska Customers:
Orders can be placed online and will be shipped using the customer pre-approved carrier. Online Order Form shipping charges are an estimate and an e-mail will be sent detailing any addtional fees for shipping.  Orders will not ship until approval and payment of additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be applied, depending on the weight and destination. The total shipping charge will be e-mailed. It is not possible to offer flat rate shipping service to these two states.

Rejecting Packages
If your package is rejected upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The amount you paid for the shipping will be deducted from the amount of the item order as FedEx will charge us to have your package shipped back to us. Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you.
