Q:What does you Low Price Guarantee Mean?

 

A: Here at OpenRoadCycleGear.com we believe that, you the customer, is always right. To that end we seek to serve you to your satisfaction.  If within 30 days of your purchase from OpenRoadCycleGear.com, should you find the identical item on the internet at a lower price, upon verification, we will happily refund to you, the original purchaser, the difference between OpenRoadCycleGear.com price and our competitor’s price.

 

Q: How do I obtain my tracking number?

 

A: Your package tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped.

 

Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?

A: It all depends on the quantity of items order, for example if a 12 piece order is placed and it does not consist of the same item but of different items, it can take up to 3-5 business days to ship out. Due to high order volume during the Holiday season please call in orders you need by a certain date. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days, please consider this when ordering.

 

Q: How can I place an order using the C.O.D option?

A: Fortunately our website is setup to take orders using Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Debit Cards and Auto Check withdrawal, etc.  We currently do not offer a C.O.D. delivery option.  Added shipping and delivery fees charged by shippers de-value the low price advantage that OpenRoadCycleGear.com affords you.

Q: How Do I Make an Exchange?

A: Simply provide us with the following information:

  • Copy of Invoice or Order #.
  • Billing First & Last Name Email address used to place order.
  • List the item(s) that your are exchanging. Note the reason for the exchange.
  • Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order, For example different size, style, or color.   • We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and filled out exchange paperwork to keep for your records.
  • Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All packages shipped are insured for the amount of the items that total the order.
  • We also suggest sending all packages Via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  • If you send your package VIA U.S.P.S., make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All Packages shipped to you are insured.

Q: Is there a restocking fee for anything?

A: There is a 40% restocking fee if you place multiple or orders you have made errors on an order and wish to return some items.

 

Q: Do you offer an Exchange or Return Policy?

 A: We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return. Because our great values change frequently as we locate new and exciting deals for you, our 30-day returns gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season

 Q: When Will My Credit Card Be Credited?

A: Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. 

Q: Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?

A: Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records. 

Q: What About Late Returns?

 

A: Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.

A: OpenRoadCycleGear.com deals direct with the manufacturer of our line of products from jackets, saddlebags, helmets, T-shirts, and luggage. They even Private Label for some of the World’s best known brands so you know you’re getting a great product. We carry certain branded items also, all the products also come direct from the firms, so we can give you the lowest possible prices at all times.

Q: Do we offer samples of our merchandise?

A: We can ship out a prepaid sample, simply call us and ask that you wish to order a sample. We do not offer Free Samples. The cost of the sample will be at retail or sale price, which ever is lower. 

Q.  Why do I have two or more shipping charges on my bill?

A:  OpenRoadCycleGear.com sources our products from multiple vendors and manufactures.  To keep you pricing as low as possible, we do not warehouse many of our products and most of our suppliers ship your order direct to you.   When you order items that come from different sources, shipping charges, if any, are added for each separate merchandise source.  OpenRoadCycleGear.com does not add any additional handling fees
